When It Rains...It Pours
First the dog issue and now two deaths in the family. I've been at a funeral the past two nights and I'm emotionally drained. I will have new posts on Monday, December 3rd. Thanks for your patience. Remember to check back!

Thanks for your posts. I'm back...but, still a little distracted.
I'm ready to keep writing and fighting. I expect to hear a decision on my OHR complaint against a former employer by the end of the month. I'm extremely hopeful, but don't want to make assumptions that the decision will be in my favor. Just in case, my appeal is already written. I will not tolerate any decision that is not in my favor. I was subjected to race-related harassment and retaliation and I know I proved that allegation!
