I work for the New York City Department of Education. I have worked for them for 15 years. This year has been the worst on record. Blacks and Hispanics working at CIS 166 -Roberto Clemente Intermediate School in the Bronx have been sujected to racial profiling, be it subtle or overt. As we speak 5 staff have been put on administrative leave, while countless others have been intimidated and/or told to just leave. The current Principal Lauren Reiss and her AP Tracy Koy are determined to destroy the moral of the staff and systamatically get rid of all Blacks and Hispanics.
