Yay! Fantastic! Maybe we can share war stories! I'm looking forward to it.

Can't wait to read your posts again Mary!:=)
I just found this site today. Glad you're back! I'm guilty of Working While Black in my new job. The environment is awful, and to top it off, the director is the main one treating me unfairly -- and he's Black! Seems like I just can't win sometimes.
yes Everyone should tell true to himself.

This is a very good site.I truely like reading the stories. On my job the supervisor has a history of harassing blacks, she even went to a bi-racial new worker and told him to watch the blacks, she thought he waS white,he made a complaint managment did nothing. And this is at a community college the mecca if tolorence. She was even going around telling blacks the director and manager is racisist i went in the directors office and told him it seems he just could care less. the environment is extreamly hostile towards blacks.now i want to ask a question is it legal to make someone participate in a christmas party even though its agaisnt the person religion?
